Leadership

Nouva was founded with a mission to bridge the gap between businesses and their operational needs. Nuova Pvt Ltd was founded in 2024, by Geshan Somanader and Keith de Silva. The directors posses over 40 years of combined experience in Business Consulting and 15 years in the BPO/ Offshoring Sector. 

Collectively they recognized the potential of leveraging Sri Lanka’s talent pool to offer world-class services. With a background in Technology and BPO Service Operations,  assembled a team of experts who share a common goal – to drive growth and efficiency for our clients through innovative solutions.

Geshan Somanader

Geshan is a seasoned and dynamic technology strategist with 15+ years of expertise across Infrastructure, security, and cloud domains, particularly in Network and Security. He has worked for global organisations known for delivering trusted advisory services across multiple industry verticals in the ANZ region and is a trusted advisor to many large Enterprise organisations. A passionate advocate of Sri Lankan talent in the global marketplace, Geshan aims to create a smarter way for businesses to scale with globally recognised talent through Nuova’s innovative approach.

Geshan is married with 3 kids and lives in suburban Melbourne. He is a man of Faith and gives his time to the local community through his church and local clubs and community events. Geshan loves his rugby, basketball and football and is seen spending most weekends playing, coaching or watching sport with his family.

Keith De Silva

Keith is a seasoned Operations and Project Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience leading global teams and delivering high-impact projects for Fortune 500 companies. Known for enhancing operational efficiency and executing large-scale projects in fast-paced environments, Keith brings expertise across IT, telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, and digital marketing. His experience spans over 25 countries, enabling him to tailor solutions to diverse client needs across regions such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.

A skilled leader of globally distributed teams, Keith has successfully transformed underperforming groups into high-performing units by implementing strategic change management and fostering collaboration. With a deep background in SaaS, software development, digital transformation, and marketing projects, Keith consistently delivers on time, within scope, and on budget, aligning project goals with client expectations to drive business success.

Keith is married. He is a passionate explorer of both the professional and the wild! Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, he balances life with creativity, purpose, and a sense of adventure. When he’s not spearheading business initiatives, you’ll find him exploring business growth through AI, or journeying into Sri Lanka’s dense forests to capture awe-inspiring encounters with leopards, bears, and mighty tuskers!
